Tennessee was hoping to induce fans to show up early for Saturday’s marquee game against Texas to offset expected logistics issues surrounding President Trump’s arrival. The school offered 50 percent off all concessions — including alcohol sales — inside Neyland Stadium in the hour beginning at 9 a. m.
