President Trump’s Board of Peace announced a multi-phase recovery plan for the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, with the first step set to cost $2. 45 billion over six months. The plan, unveiled on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in midtown Manhattan, comprises 66 programs focused on infrastructure, economic growth and installing an international security force.
