A teen boy has been killed and his sister seriously injured after they were smashed by a hit-and-run driver in front of their mother. Horrifying surveillance video captured the moment the speeding vehicle slammed into the pair as screams were heard in LA’s Hyde Park neighborhood. The boy was killed, and his sister was hospitalized.
