A Texas college football player has been charged with slamming his pregnant girlfriend onto the ground for refusing to take an abortion pill, according to a report. Houston Cougars defensive linebacker Carmello Brooks, 19, clashed with his girlfriend, Nariah Harley, in his apartment on Thursday after learning she was expecting — a month after he was charged for being aggressive with a different pregnant woman, according to KTRK. The 275-pound student-athlete allegedly squeezed Harley’s arms, slammed her to the ground — and then sat on her to pin her to the ground, a hearing officer testified in court Monday.
