The Knicks have a new replay maestro.   Ed Flynn, a video coordinator with the Pelicans for the past three seasons, will serve as Mike Brown’s “challenge guy,” The Post has learned.   It’s a pressurized role defined by split-second decisions to recommend a challenge or pass, depending on real-time replays on his iPad.
