Former college football quarterback Phil Jurkovec — who played for Notre Dame, Boston College and Pitt in his career – was arrested last week after he was accused of stealing a vehicle from a hospital in Pennsylvania. As a man was loading tables and chairs into a box truck in the valet garage at AHN Wexford Hospital in Allegheny County at around 11:21 a. m.
