The tragic teen killed by a truck while riding a Citi Bike on the Lower East Side was a twin who loved to cycle, according to a family pal —  as an eerie previous photo of the victim on one of the two-wheelers surfaced. Daria Serkov, 15, was on a Citi Bike with a 13-year-old friend around 9 p. m.
