WASHINGTON — The midterms are getting hairy. Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed claimed Vice President JD Vance’s beard is fake and challenged him to a weightlifting contest Friday — days after Vance released a video mocking the leftist’s “patchy” facial hair. “If I actually met him, I’d be like, ‘All right, let’s just actually see how much paste did you have to put on your face to get that little weak beard?'” El-Sayed taunted Vance in an interview with TMZ.
