A Southern California couple who horrifically tortured a 7-year-old girl for years in a rural mobile home has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. The victim lived with her biological uncle, Devin Hughes, 39, and his partner, Kayla Reynolds, 32, in the small community of Boulevard in southeastern San Diego County. The county district attorney’s office said the couple forced the girl to hold her urine until she wet herself and made her clean it with her tongue.
