A Utah dance mom gave her 11-year-old daughter a cocktail of prescription medications before shooting the girl and herself in a grisly murder-suicide, new toxicology results reveal. Tawnia McGeehan, 34, and her daughter, Addilyn Smith, were found dead from gunshot wounds after police were called to perform a welfare check at the Rio Hotel and Casino at Las Vegas, where the pair had been traveling for Smith’s cheer competition in February. Newly released toxicology results show that the mother-daughter duo had ingested a myriad of drugs before the gunfire erupted.
