Human remains were discovered in the Grand Canyon during a search for a missing hiker who vanished during deadly flash flooding. The remains, which have not yet been identified, were found near Crystal Rapid on the Colorado River on Monday, according to the National Park Service. They were then recovered and transferred to the Coconino County Medical Examiner’s Office, which did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Post Tuesday.
