Here's the severance package Oracle offered laid-off US employees

Bloomberg/Getty ImagesOracle started a new round of layoffs on Monday as costs related to its data center buildout mount. Severance includes 4 weeks' base salary plus 1 week per year of employment. That appears less generous than severance policies at Oracle's peer companies that BI recently reviewed.
