Hochul’s been hit with a moving violation. A James Dolan-bankrolled Super PAC backing Republican gubernatorial candidate Bruce Blakeman launched a $250,000 billboard ad campaign that blames Gov. Kathy Hochul for an exodus out of the Empire State.
