The unruly American Airlines passenger duct-taped to his first-class seat over a hateful mid-flight meltdown was arrested within moments of the plane touching down, new footage showed. Arthur Layne Lundeen, 67, was met by a swarm of police after his behavior forced the New Jersey-bound flight to divert to Baltimore on Sept. 3, with new footage obtained by TMZ showing officers surrounding him.
