DraftKings descended upon Los Angeles last week, transforming a local North Hollywood gas station into a football-themed takeover, giving hundreds of Angelenos free gas as part of “DraftKings Gameday,” the company’s nationwide celebration of the college football and NFL seasons. DraftKings took over a North Hollywood gas station to surprise Angelenos with free gas for four hours on Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2026.
