A teenage boy was blasted in the leg by a gunman dressed in head-to-toe black near a Queens park Sunday evening, cops said.   The 14-year-old was shot in the leg near the corner of 153rd Street and Jamaica Avenue, steps away from a children’s playground in Rufus King Park, shortly before 5 p. m.
