An explosion of pyrotechnic material during a festival killed at least 10 people and injured 64, according to Mexican officials. The explosion happened Saturday night close to a church in central Mexico. Nuestra Señora de la Luz church is located in Temascalcingo, a municipality that is home to about 66,000 residents.
