Lindsay Clancy asked Massachusetts’ highest court to force the judge overseeing her high-profile triple murder trial to individually question or boot the holdout juror in her case before a mistrial was declared. Clancy’s lawyers filed emergency papers with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Friday afternoon to block Judge William Sullivan from declaring a mistrial on the grounds that he made a bad call when he chose not to probe a male holdout juror who allegedly didn’t follow the law on reasonable doubt. Follow The Post’s live updates on the Lindsay Clancy trial Earlier Friday, Reddington pleaded with Sullivan to query the juror but Sullivan denied the request after he questioned the panelists Thursday asking each of them one by one if they could follow his law.
