A 43-year-old California college freshman who spent 14 years in state prison was arrested twice during his first week living in a university dorm — first on suspicion of sexually assaulting someone, then for allegedly returning to campus in violation of a court order. Delos Anthony Charles Moore was detained August 31 after the alleged attack at Cal Poly Humboldt, where he had recently begun studying forestry and was living in the Hinarr Hu Moulik halls, the Lost Coast Outpost reported. He was arrested again after allegedly returning to the dorms despite a court order barring him from campus.
