A creepy NYPD cop was arrested Tuesday after trying to convince an undercover officer posing as a 16-year-old girl to get naked, according to police and court records. Christopher Torres Garcia, stationed out of the 72nd Precinct in Brooklyn, met the undercover cop on Aug. 5 while working and the two exchanged numbers, according to a criminal complaint.
