The highest court in Ohio has again slapped down “hell on wheels” killer Mackenzie Shirilla‘s bid to have her case reopened — marking the end of her appeals in the state. The latest legal blow to Shirilla — who is serving 15 years to life behind bars for intentionally slamming her car into a building, killing her boyfriend, Dominic Russo, and a close pal, Davion Flanagan, in 2022 — was handed down Tuesday. “It is ordered by the court that the motion for reconsideration in this case is denied,” Supreme Court of Ohio Chief Justice Sharon L.
