A woman who had allegedly never been given a driver’s license crashed into a mother pushing a stroller, killing a baby boy and injuring another youngster. Maria CobonGuzman, 20, was allegedly driving a Ford Fusion when she hit a mom pushing her nine-month-old son and five-year-old daughter in a stroller through the parking lot of Kosher grocery store NPGS in Jackson Township, New Jersey, at around 11:55 a. m.
