It’s well known that Myles Garrett is an athlete out of this world, but is he literally? The X account @ NFL Films released a video of Garrett working out alongside Houston Texans star edge rusher Will Anderson Jr. where they were working on box jump exercises, but it appeared Garrett looked like he was floating during the workout. Before Garrett cleared the box set, he was sitting down on a weight bench and was performing a workout that focused on explosiveness.
