American sprinter Marvin Bracy-Williams was arrested earlier in August on a DUI charge in Florida, adding to what’s been a troubling year for the former world championship silver medalist. According to court documents viewed by The Post, Bracy-Williams, 32, was arrested on Aug. 3 in Orlando.
