Heartless hit-and-run suspect slapped with murder charges after going 117 mph in SoCal crash that killed two teens

A suspected street racer allegedly hit 117 mph before smashing into a car carrying two teenage girls, killing them and then fleeing the wreck. Terry Lamar Easter, 50, of Apple Valley, was charged with two counts of murder Friday in the Aug. 14 Victorville crash that killed Sultana High School seniors Maddalyn Dailey and Isabell Hill, according to the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office.
