An Arizona State hockey player collapsed and was taken to a hospital following practice last Thursday morning, The Athletic reported Tuesday. Matthew Mayich, 21, remained hospitalized as of Tuesday, a person close to the family confirmed to the outlet. Chris Fiscus, Vice president of ASU media relations, said the university is currently investigating the “circumstances surrounding the workout.
