Yankees calling up Justin Topa to add fresh arm for Astros series

The Yankees will have a fresh bullpen arm for the Astros series that begins Tuesday. The club is planning to call up veteran reliever Justin Topa, The Post’s Joel Sherman reported, for what would be the righty’s team debut. The Yankees made space on the active roster by optioning Brendan Beck during Monday’s off day and will need to create a spot on the 40-man roster, too, for Topa.
