A teen was fatally shot and three other people struck by gunfire – including a woman delivering slushies – when a Bronx car meet-up devolved into chaos over the weekend, authorities and sources said. Werling Mendez, 18, was killed by a bullet to the head during the violence-wracked gathering – which was part of a social-media-fueled street-showdown trend – around 5:40 a. m.
