A Minnesota tree trimmer allegedly killed his coworker by crushing his head with a hydraulic grapple while the two were “f—king around” and playing shadow puppets on the job, according to authorities. Christopher Boone Crimmins, 34, has been hit with second-degree manslaughter charges for allegedly killing his coworker, Tyler Anthony Lynch, 26, in a bloody mishap during a tree-trimming job in Apple Valley on Aug. 20, according to the Dakota County Attorney’s Office.
