Following reports on Friday of Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman’s June arrest, the NFL is launching its own investigation into the matter. “The club has been in contact with the league regarding the matter, which is under review of the personal conduct policy,” chief NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said, according to a Friday ESPN report. If the NFL finds that Bateman violated the policy, he would serve an unpaid suspension of six games.
