TCU star Jacob Fields dismissed for allegedly assaulting teammate in shocker

TCU safety Jacob Fields, who was dismissed from the team Tuesday for a “violation of team rules,” allegedly assaulted a teammate last week, according to The Athletic. While the victim and additional details of the alleged assault remain unknown, the incident occurred Aug. 12 in the TCU locker room, and the corresponding report detailed it as “an alleged aggravated assault with hands, feet or fists,” The Athletic reported.
