Megyn Kelly and Dave Portnoy are blasting NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell over the league’s international ambitions — with both taking aim at the prospect of someday holding the Super Bowl outside the US. “Playing the Super Bowl outside of America would be like celebrating July 4th in England,” Kelly, who hosts SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show,” told The Post on Friday. “What could Goodell be thinking? Football is a quintessentially American sport — created in America by an American, in and with the support of American cities.
