A cyclist was killed when a pick-up truck driver rammed into her in Brooklyn Tuesday, hurling her from her bike and running over her body — before fleeing, authorities said. Paulina Tec Choc, 29, was stopped at an intersection on Jamaica Avenue around 5:50 a. m.
