The accused ringleader of a cocaine trafficking operation at Penn State University called in unpaid debt to force his frat brother to peddle drugs for him, according to a criminal complaint. Agostino Abbatiello, a 24-year-old alum from Long Island, recruited his Sigma Chi frat bro to sell coke for him by calling in a $1,500 loan for a spring break trip that he couldn’t repay, court papers filed by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office this week claimed. Larz Zeepvat, one of more than a dozen current and former Penn State students charged in the conspiracy, told investigators that Abbatiello allegedly trapped him into joining the scheme.
