A Jersey Shore beach town banned all unaccompanied minors from night activities in a citywide crackdown to stop dangerous gatherings that have led to brawls and underage drinking. The Cape May City Council unanimously voted to implement curfews in the city, which block anyone under 18 without an adult from beach access starting at 8 p.
