Luigi Mangione’s legions of twisted fans were unapologetic in supporting the now-admitted assassin after he pleaded guilty Friday in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The fanatics gathered outside the Manhattan federal courthouse where Mangione, 28, copped a guilty plea to two stalking charges and continued to frame his cold-blooded December 2024 slaying of Thompson as a protest against an unjust health insurance system.
