Chilling new ring camera footage showed the mentally deranged Kansas sex offender screaming incoherently — only days before he executed his wife and four children in a grisly murder-suicide. In the harrowing three-minute clip snapped from a neighbor’s house, Ronald Williams, 53, is seen walking up to his truck, entering the vehicle and packing items into it outside of his Winfield home, while screaming nonsensical vulgarities, according to People. Much of the audio is censored but on several occasions Williams can be heard shouting “my cousin,” “kill my cousin,” “I’m ‘bout to f—k you up” and “you better believe that” — and at one point entering his truck in the middle of a rant.
