A rapping stalker threatened Roc Nation’s CEO in lyric-laced social media screeds and confronted her in a terrifying encounter outside the company’s Manhattan headquarters, law enforcement sources said. A representative for Desiree Perez, 56 – who founded the elite agency with Jay-Z – told police that the creep threatened the businesswoman in front of the loft-style office building on West 26th Street near 11th Avenue in Chelsea around 7:30 p. m.
