A Navy veteran who was allegedly stabbed to death by a teen in a clown costume was identified by his hospital bracelet, his heartbroken family told a local outlet. The relatives of 78-year-old John Wesley Allen Sr. told 5 On Your Side he had not been feeling well and went to a VA hospital for testing before heading to his sister’s house Monday.
