A man was shot in the stomach and arm when gunfire rang out inside a potential “after-hours club” in a high-rise in Midtown, Manhattan, on Saturday morning. The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was shot inside 247 West 30th Street — a building near Penn Station — around 7:30 a. m.
