A pair of brothers age 4 and 7 managed to get behind the wheel of their parents’ car before plowing into a dog walker and crashing on an Oakland street. The Oakland Police Department said the two young siblings went for the dangerous joyride in the white Toyota sedan on Thursday morning. Police said the car was traveling northbound on 35th Avenue at Mangles Avenue at a “high rate of speed” before sideswiping another vehicle that was headed in the opposite direction, ABC7 News reported.
