A former New York City Department of Sanitation Superintendent allegedly owned thousands of images and videos of child pornography — including on a flash drive in the front pocket of his DSNY jacket. Victor Alvelo, 61, was arrested on child pornography charges on Tuesday after investigators busted him for having thousands of the disturbing images of pre-pubescent children inside his Bronx home, according to the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. 3 Victor Alvelo, who served as a General Superintendent of the DSNY, allegedly owned thousands of images and videos of child pornography in his Bronx home.
