A suspect has been arrested on suspicion of intentionally igniting one of the catastrophic wildfires that have devastated Washington, leveling neighborhoods, destroying hundreds of homes and forcing tens of thousands to flee. Authorities announced Monday 37-year-old Aaron Forrest Farinacci was taken into custody in connection with the rapidly spreading Old Trails Fire, one of several blazes near Spokane over the weekend, per the Associated Press. The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said Farinacci was booked on suspicion of arson and is being held on $1 million bond.
