Ousted GOP Assembly leader Heath Flora was allegedly conducting two affairs while still married — and one of the women claims he funded big spending on bars, hotels and restaurants from his campaign, The Post has learned. Flora’s was stunningly dumped from his leadership position less than a year after he took over the job after the California Post revealed he is facing two state ethics investigations, including one over alleged misuse of campaign funds. Republicans replaced Flora — a Republican from Ripon who has previously worked as a farmer and firefighter — with first-term Tulare Assemblywoman Alexandra Macedo.
