Cross one right-handed hitting option off the list of names for the Yankees to possibly pursue ahead of the trade deadline. The Braves acquired outfielder Lane Thomas — alongside left-handed pitcher Bailey Falter — from the Royals on Saturday, The Post’s Joel Sherman and Jon Heyman confirmed. Minor-league pitchers Carter Holton and Lucas Braun will both head back to Kansas City, the team announced.
