Cops ‘on the hunt’ in Mexico for NYC slasher who killed bartender: police sources

The suspect in a fatal Brooklyn slashing last month is believed to be hiding out in Mexico, The Post has learned. The NYPD and federal authorities have recently crossed over the Southern Border in their search for Misal Cruz, who is wanted for the June 20 murder of Maria Santos Flores, 36. Mexican authorities have also joined in the manhunt.
