While it took longer than most expected, the Las Vegas Raiders finally agreed to terms with Fernando Mendoza on a four-year contract worth a fully guaranteed $57. 2 million, which also includes a $38-million signing bonus. It was a matter of when, not if, Mendoza was going to put pen to paper on a deal with Las Vegas, as the Raiders weren’t going to let the future of their franchise enter training camp unsigned.
