The Connecticut house of horrors mom accused of imprisoning her stepson in foul conditions for decades rejected a plea deal to serve only 10 years in prison — as the victim’s biological mom blasted the alleged abuser’s attorney for acting like a show pony. Prosecutors reiterated an offer that Kimberly Sullivan, 57, be sentenced to 30 years behind bars, suspended after 20 years served, during a 90-second court hearing in Waterbury on Wednesday. But Judge Corinne Klatt sweetened the deal by suggesting Sullivan serve 30 years, with the sentence suspended after 10 years.
