A California doctor who ran as a Democrat for Congress used her patients’ medical records to send out campaign propaganda during the 2026 midterm election, a lawsuit has claimed. Dr. Sonia Devgan-Kacker, who owns Westlake Village Urgent Care, is being sued by former patient Sean Rose.
