The innocent 12-year-old son of a cop who was shot dead in the Bronx was identified early Sunday as Jacob Freytas — as heartbreaking video shows him collapsing in a bodega after running back in while clutching his chest. Freytas, of Mount Eden, was an innocent bystander when a stray bullet hit him in the chest during a fight outside a store on Elliott Place near the Grand Concourse, shortly before 5 p. m.
